The assembly of God's people is a beautiful thing. We represent His work of grace in each one of our lives. We represent His ability to transform, to bring life to those dead in their sins, and make us new creations. We represent what God is doing to bring the renewal of all things. We represent what God is doing about evil in the world. We are the physical and visible representation of the Lordship of Jesus on earth. We are the place of truth, hope, love, faith, humility, and redemption. Truly our assembly is God's answer to Jesus' prayer for the kingdom of God to come and the will of God to be done on earth (Matthew 6:9-10). But it isn't enough for us to assemble. We glorify God by accomplishing the work He has given us to do (John 17:4). We learn of that work through the life and teaching of our Lord and His Apostles. This Sunday we'll go to 2 Corinthians 5 and listen to Paul explain God's desire for the expansion of the Kingdom. So come and let's catch the vision of God's reconciliation plan. ~Pastor Tim Upcoming Events Date/Time Event November 21-23 Sr HL Retreat November 27 & 28 Church offices closed for Thanksgiving November 30, 9:30am GospelConnect: Kick-off Brunch See details below.
