on site but no responsibility for any damage will be taken by the organisers or the University.
You will park at your own risk.

requirements. The kitchen staff will address these requirements if they are given sufficient
prior advice.

Transport t o and from playing grounds.
On each competition day, teams will be transported by coaches to and from the playing
venues (except those playing at JCU Oval). Bus collection point is the car park outside
the dining hall which is accessible from James Cook Drive and the Uni halls service
Road.
The logistics of coordinating the morning and afternoon bus transport for the teams will require
the co-operation of all teams to ensure that games can commence at the required times ,
and also to make sure that teams can be returned to the accommodation in an orderly and
timely manner in the afternoons .
It is expected that teams will be ready for departure from JCU from 7:45 AM - 8:05 AM
Monday to Thursday and between 7:15AM to 7:30 AM on Friday to allow for early
commencement of fixtures.

All teams are required to attend the Closing Ceremony to pay due recognition to the
championship winners , and, also to those players presented with awards for
meritorious achievements .

from Townsville are limited and some zones need to travel lengthy distances by coach.
18
Coaches and Managers Meeting
The Coaches I Managers Meeting will be held at approximately 6:00pm on the Sunday
evening in the Endeavour Room (upstairs in building 112). The Championship Booklets
will be handed out for later distribution to team members. The five match balls also will be

meeting will be held at 6 PM on Sunday evening in the Raintree Room (upstairs in
building 112) and will be chaired by Tony Hampson from Queensland Cricket.
20
Score Book
Each participating team is requested to use a carbon-copy type Score Book - with QJC
advising that EASY SCORE Scorebooks are the preferred books for the Championships.
The top (original) copy of each score sheet is to be submitted to the designated
Championship Officials who will collect the sheets for the first innings at the lunch break and
again at the completion of play. The organisers will endeavour to provide volunteers to enter
the scores into Mycricket from a base at Endeavour Park. This will enable the compilation
and recording of results and all statistics necessary for the overall championshi p results,
and players' achievement awards .
At the completion of each day's play, results will be entered into Qld Cricket's online
Mycricket system.
10
The website for Townsville Cricket Inc (www.townsvillecri cket.com ) will contain a
