FFD3 must produce meaningful commitments to
more and better ODA for LDCs
• Addis is a golden opportunity to get strong financing commitments
on the table.
• ODA is a unique and vital resource, particularly for LDCs, but it is
under pressure.
• ONE’s core FFD recommendation echoes the calls of the Cotonou
Agenda that 50% of ODA be directed towards LDCs [by 2020].
