POSITION: Human Resources Administrator (SAP ) LOCATION: Northern Cape AVENG JOB GRADE: 4 REPORTING TO: Human Resources Controller JOB SUMMARY STATEMENT: Co-ordinate, support and administer general HR functions and render specific administrative support to internal and external customers, as well as the HR Controller. Compile and keep personnel files and records. Managing and maintaining time and attendance, the site personnel database and quality of data on Payroll systems. Assist the HR Controller in generating reports. Identify hazards and assess risks to health and safety, enforce safety controls and provide advice on accident prevention and occupational health to management and employees. Ensure total compliance with the Mines Health and Safety Act. ______________________________________________________________________________ KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES): · Co-ordination of Safety, Health and Environmental Management Programme recording keeping systems · Monitor compliance to established Safety, Health and Environmental Management standards, rules and regulations · Create and maintain high degree of S.H.E. awareness at all levels · Effective Accident / Incident reporting and investigation · Conduct internal SHE audits and assess the effectiveness of the SHE system and programmes · Implement and facilitate a corrective action plan for non-conformance and non-compliances found in auditing processes · Facilitate the following: - Accident / Incident Investigation - Accident / Incident outcomes and corrective actions - Evaluate, monitor and verify employee training qualifications prior to appointments as per training matrix - Facilitate a risk assessment program - Facilitate a behaviour base safety program - Facilitate a planned task observation program · Gather and compile weekly, monthly and quarterly detailed reports with required SHE information as per Mining standards and submit to site management.
