RETIREMENT INCOME PLANNING
The media speaks often about the retirement crisis facing
Americans. This class attacks that crisis by arming attendees
with an action plan for predictable retirement income. For most,
an ideal retirement is funded by steady income without having
to work. Along with social security benefits, money in annuities,
IRAs, 401(k)s, 403(b)s, CDs and cash, can all be used to create
an income plan to fund the retirement of your dreams. In a era
where many traditional corporate pension plans are closing, a
wise retirement income plan is essential. This timely class will
help attendees to understand how annuities and other
investments can create your “personal pension”, a retirement
income stream to give piece of mind.

UNDERSTANDING YOUR HOUSE, ITS COMPONENTS,
MAINTENANCE NEEDS & PLANNING IMPROVEMENTS
Do you want to know more about how your house works? How
does the heat and air conditioning function, why is my yard
drainage poor, how do I fix my toilet, sink, and light? Are you
buying for the first? Are you ready to remodel and do it the right
way? Class time will be spent on presentations of all of your house
components, how it was built, what is involved in making repairs
yourself or hiring a qualified contractor. Over 2000 slides will be
shown about roofs, electrical wiring, furnaces, plumbing, flooring,
sheet rocking, interior finishes, etc. All questions will be answered
and open discussion between classmates will let us all relate our
experiences and pose issues or projects that we all want to try to
make our home up to date and problem free. We all want to
improve the value of our home, understand its workings and a lot
more too.
