It gives delegates unique access to senior hospital management, medical managers, medical workforce managers and consultants. Delegates will be asked to submit a CV and application form for a consultant post prior to the course. Delegates will be given a presentation topic to prepare. Personality tests will be performed prior to the course dates. CVs, Job applications and presentations will be critically appraised by 2-3 of faculty and 1:1 feedback will be given to delegates. Formal interviews, personality test feedback and clinical skills scenarios will be undertaken.
