Crocheting Basics: Learn basic crochet stitches and how to put
them together to create anything. Learn to pick the right yarn and
hooks for projects, basic stitches, chain, single, double crochet and

kitchen! Learn the basics of canning before the summer produce rolls
in, and never waste food again. This session will cover traditional
pickles, custom flavored pickles and other vegetables.
Jelly Heaven: Homemade jellies and jams are unlike any you’ve ever
bought in stores, and made easily! We will cover easy freezer recipes
as well as canning. Get ready for the abundance of fresh fruits and
veggies headed our way soon!

Industry Training
Industrial Maintenance Technician: Core set of skills required
for Industrial Technicians. Gain expertise in electricity, electricians,
electric motors, motor controllers, electrical systems, hydraulics,
pneumatics, controllers and instrumentation. Set your own class
attendance during lab hours.
Fundamentals of Fluid Power Technology and Pneumatics
Technology: Basics of hydraulics, pneumatics, controllers
and Instrumentation.
Industrial Maintenance Technician: See above description.
Introduction to Digital Multi-Meters
Basic Residential Wiring: Tools, terms, plans, drawings, safety,
connections, NEC, Romex, switches, receptacles.
PLC Level I: Basic introduction to PLCs in manufacturing. Learn to
use PLCs to solve machine and process problems.
Motor Controls: Study electrical symbols, line diagrams, control
circuits, motor starters, reversing circuits and solid state relays.
Hydraulics Level I: Fundamental fluid power principles and
formulas. Functional hydraulic components including pumps.
Electricity and Electronics Level I: Study circuits, switches, diodes,
capacitors, transistors, relays, DC motor controls.
