Dear Residents, Families and Staff,
It is my pleasure to welcome all of you in our
community to 2015! Once again the calendar has
given us a blank canvas for us to paint with
achievements gained from taking risks and properly
utilizing the opportunities presented to us.
It is my hope that this year that we all take
part in a cause, with the holidays passing we have all
donated our time or money to something or to someone we felt needed it, but
throughout the year there are many causes that remain relevant, that being
Alzheimer’s, Breast Cancer or even Heart Health. So this year, I would like to
initiate participation in one or two of these causes as a team, to bring us closer
as a community and closer to our community.
For all of those that find they may be interested, please stay tuned and
look out for planning and meeting dates.
This year let us all look forward to continuity. Here at Wilton Manors I
hope we continue to excel, expand and work towards achieving our full potential
as long-term and rehabilitation healthcare providers. I would like to remind
everyone that as a team it is of upmost importance to continue providing the
best customer service to our members, their loved ones and each other and to
continue to practice our best practice standards: B.E.L.I.E.V.E. Let’s make it a
good one!
Happy New Year!

The resident council elected Ms.
Gloria Young, this January as our
first Member of the Month for
2015. Since July of 2014 Ms. Young
has been a member of the Wilton
Manors family .
Born and raised in North Carolina,
Ms. Young relocated to Florida,
where she worked and retired as an
Office Manager. Ms. Young is a
delightful spirit; in fact, her last
name says it all, she is young at

South Florida Regional Holiday Party
On December 14th Wilton Manors, North
Beach and Unity Health & Rehabilitation
Centers associates celebrated the holidays at
Topeekeegee Yugnee Park in Hollywood, FL.
Everyone had loads of fun playing tug of war,
having their faces painted, bouncing in the

‘Tis the Season

The Holiday’s are a special time of year, when we are reminded to give thanks and recognize the
importance of friends, family, and celebrating life. Across the Greystone Health Network, our
communities celebrated the holiday’s with festive fervor, getting into the spirit with ugly sweater
contests, BELIEVE trees, and more!
The Club Health & Rehabilitation Center was part of The Villages
annual holiday parade this year, representing Greystone with a
“Grandma got run over by a reindeer” theme, as well as holding an
ugly sweater content for their associates. The winners of their sweater
contest, and their float, are pictured below. The rest of our
communities got in the spirit as well, with the BELIEVE tree at Viera
Health & Rehab and some holiday decorations at Unity Health &
Rehab (bottom right and top right, respectively).
We want to recognize our customers, in the spirit of the holiday
season, and all the joy, laughter, and excitement they bring to our
lives. Our associates as well are an essential part of our team, and
we’re thrilled to work with such capable and qualified individuals
across our network. As January marks the New Year, we’re looking
ahead to reaching even new heights in 2015!
