A computer-literacy requirement must be met to graduate. It is highly recommend that computer literacy be demonstrated within the first
semester. This may be done by successfully completing the Computer Skills Assessment (CSA) at a CWI Assessment and Testing Center or by
passing (with a C or better) one of the following courses: CISA 101, BUSA 215, or EDUC 215.

* See current catalog for a list of courses that will fulfill CWI’s general education requirements.
Please be sure to check the courses required for your final degree at the four-year institution you plan to attend after finishing at
CWI. It is absolutely imperative that you know which classes are required to obtain a bachelor’s degree at that institution.
Footnotes:

101. Fill out the vertical credit form (found here: https://cwidaho.cc/file/vertical-credit-form) and return to a One Stop Student
Services location.
2 MATH 143 - College Algebra is highly recommended, though student may complete any general education course in Mathematics.
3 These courses are the recommended program electives. There are many other course options available; consult your transfer
institution catalog and the CWI catalog for other choices.
4 BIOL 202 is best taken within a semester of completing BIOL 201 to ensure greater success.
• To ensure efficient degree planning, students who intend to transfer to a four-year institution should review the
