The Eddington Flow Regulator is designed to deliver a constant volume of water flow over a wide pressure
drop range. The constant flow of water is maintained by the use of the flexible orifice. The flow rate is
maintained to within ± 15% between 15 and 125 psi. The flow rate varies due to manufacturing tolerances
and water temperature. Eddington Industries manufactures flow regulators in various materials such as Nickel
Plated Brass, Type 316 SS, and PVC. Eddington Flow Regulators come in various flow rates and are 3/8”, ½”,
¾”, 1” FNPT, and 1 ¼”, 1 ½”, 2”, 2 ½”, and 3” MNPT and flow rates range from 0.5 to 120 Gallon per minute
(GPM). We also use labels that provide extra-strong protection for harsh environments and conditions. They
are constructed from durable polyester that is water resistant and tear resistant providing durable and secure
protection. All Eddington Flow Regulators are marked with an arrow indicating direction of flow. To ensure
proper operation, always install regulator with the arrow pointed downstream.

“Liquid level Gauge”
Used to calibrate chemical injection systems. The gauge provides a
visual means for checking the contents of a bulk tank and a means
for checking the injection rate of a chemical metering pump. To
gauge is designed to operate in low to medium pressure applications
up to 500 psig.
One minute test
Isolate the chemical in the tank from the gauge. The scale on the left
side is for the gauge volume and the scale on the right will read the
flow rate of the pump; i.e. gallon per Hour (GPH). Keeping the
isolation valve closed and noting the number of marks the fluid
passes in one minute will give the actual chemical pump rate.

Eddington Industries was established in 1948 by John J. Wynn as
Eddington Tool & Die Company. As industrial output soared in the 1950s,
demand for quality manufacturing propelled Eddington Tool & Die to become
one of leading machine shops in the Philadelphia area. By the mid-60s, the
company doubled the size of its manufacturing plant to meet the demands
of such large corporations such as General Motors and others, however;
as the need for tool and die making declined, and a technology revolution
swept across manufacturing in the United States, the company retooled to
invest in computerized machining centers and software technology to
increase productivity and produce parts for companies across various
