Guidelines for Abstract Submission Selection of papers for presentation will be based on abstract of 200250 words with the title of the paper, name(s), addresses, telephone numbers and email address. Abstracts must include the purpose of research, methodology, major results, implications, and key words. Abstracts will be blind reviewed and only those abstracts approved by the reviewers will be selected for conference presentation. Guidelines for Final Paper Submission Papers can be both conceptual and empirical but would be tested on relevance to the main theme and subthemes and must contribute to theory building. Manuscripts of the Papers: The text of the paper must be typed in 12 size font, Times New Roman, in single-space (on one side of A4 paper in case of hard copy) with left and right margins of 0.4” and 0.3” respectively. Ideally the length of the paper should not exceed 20 pages, including tables, references, etc. Cover Page: Paper should have a cover page providing the title of the paper, the name(s), address (es), phone, fax, email of all the author(s), and acknowledgement, if any. Abstract: Following the cover page an abstract must be provided, containing summary of the paper not exceeding 200 words. The main text of the paper should start from the next page. References: Complete references should be given at the end of the paper and before annexures and should follow American Psychological Association’s format. All submissions to be made through e-mail at loyolacom2015@gmail.com All the papers will be blind reviewed by the Review Committee with respect to their quality, originality, and relevance. Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings in the form of edited volume book with ISBN on a condition that at least one of the authors has registered for the conference and presented the paper in person.
