WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 30: DUBLIN/LONDON
This morning, we check out of our Dublin hotel and
transfer to the airport for a short flight to London.
Upon arrival, we’ll enjoy a panoramic sightseeing
tour of London passing Buckingham Palace, including
the changing of the guard (if held), Big Ben, Houses
of Parliament, Piccadilly Circus, the London Eye, Trafalgar square and
more. Afternoon check-in to our hotel. This evening, we’ll enjoy
a performance of A High Lonesome Bluegrass Mass
led by Tim Sharp in London. Dinner on your own this evening.

THURSDAY, DECEMBER 31: LONDON—NEW YEAR’S EVE!
Today we continue our London sightseeing including famous Handel
locations such as Hanover Square, Foundling Hospital and the famed
British Library. Late afternoon return to the hotel; the rest of the day is at

the performance venue and schedules are subject to their discretion.

significant arrangements. (HI is not responsible if inclement weather,

any).
8. A Printed itinerary is given to each individual listing hotel
addresses, local contact phone numbers, and HI staff contact
procedure.
9. Individual health insurance coverage is included in ALL
HI projects covering each individual (see summary of coverage
below).
10. Tour Management is conducted by HI working directly with
local agencies to establish objectives, develop itineraries, and
coordinate all items related to the Tour.

The Cost Per Person (each a Participant) is based on prices, tariffs, and
exchange rates in effect on the Effective Date, and is subject to change
depending on airline schedule, exchange rates and fees at time of booking.
HI shall use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize or eliminate any
increase, but Participant acknowledges and agrees that such increases are
possible. If the Cost Per Person increases by more than 15%, Participant
shall have the right to cancel this Agreement and receive a refund of the
Cost Per Person (subject to the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement).*

We have not included airfare in the tour cost as prices can vary from
airport to airport. Some of you are frequent flyers with an airline and may
have the ability to secure airfare using miles or credit card points to save
money. If you are not going to book your airfare using frequent flyer
miles, please follow the instructions below.
Air schedules are not available for purchase until 11 months
prior to travel. This means you will not be able to purchase air
until after February 4, 2015. Please do not secure your
