TUMKUR UNIVERSITY
Tumkur University, Karnataka has been
steadfastly striving to create conducive
environment for teachers and students to
achieve excellence in quality education &
research since its inception in 2004 (established
under an Act of Government of Karnataka) with
the noble objective of promoting Higher
Education among the rural masses. The Act
empowers
the
University to
provide
fundamental and functional education through
on-campus training and Outreach Programs. For
this purpose, the University has envisaged its
grand vision “SEVASTU ME JNANA
VIJNANA DHARA”.
TUMAKURU
Tumakuru, identified as one among the
emerging Smart Cities of Karnataka, is located
at about 70 km north-west of Bangalore, the
capital of the state. The region has rich
historical heritage, and references in relation to
the reign of Ramayana have been often quoted
by indigenous legends. Many pre-historic sites
have been discovered in the district. It is fast
emerging as a premier educational and
industrial hub with many technical institutions
and developing-infrastructure to its credit after
the announcement of SMART CITY.

Departments of Studies and Research in
Commerce & Business Administration are
committed to persistently nurture Practical
knowledge and skillsets among students with
specializations in Taxation, Banking &
Insurance, Finance, Marketing and Human
Resource Management. They have well
equipped physical and academic infrastructure
with research facilities and attract a large
number of students. Departments boast of
having alumna placed in better positions in
Industry and academia.
ICAI
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India
(ICAI) is a statutory body established under the
Chartered Accountants Act, 1949, for regulating
the profession of Chartered Accountancy in
India. With more than five decades of existence,
the Institute has achieved recognition as a
premier accounting body in the country for its
contribution in the fields of education,
professional development, maintenance of high
accounting, auditing and ethical standards. It
has Headquarters at New Delhi with 5 Regional
Offices at Mumbai, Chennai, Kanpur, Kolkata,
New Delhi and 114 branches spread all over the
country. It has also set up 18 chapters outside
India. The total membership of the Institute is
about 115,000 and over 250,000 students are
pursuing the Chartered Accountancy course.

The Contributors can send their papers on any
of the thrust areas or any other themes relevant
to the main theme of the conference.
SUBMISSION OF PAPERS
Full paper with abstract must be within 3000
words relating to the theme and/or thrust areas
of the seminar. Typed scripts shall be in Times
New Roman with 12 font size and 1.5 spacing.

Selected papers after review process will be
