EXHIBITION INFORMATION
In 2014, the exhibition sold out over two months before the Congress with 105 booths
on offer. In 2015, there are 122 booths spread out over 3700m2 making the LASA
National Congress the largest single meeting point for the age services industry.

held within the Exhibition Hall before the official Welcome Reception on Sunday 11

Terms & Conditions

The Congress hosts will take all diligent care to fulfil the above mentioned Sponsorship and Exhibitor
commitments;

Sponsors and Exhibitors are responsible for providing all their requirements i.e. banners, promotional
material and any other material within the timelines outlined in their package;

Sponsors and Exhibitors are required to make the necessary payments in full for their Sponsorships
and Booths by 11 August 2015 (see cancellation policy below). All accounts are required to be
finalised prior to the commencement of the Congress.

Sponsors and Exhibitors are responsible for the security of all their equipment and materials while at
the Congress;

Sponsors and Exhibitors are to ensure their own insurance covers them while at the Congress;

LASA , the exhibition contractor Harry the Hirer, and venue, Melbourne Convention & Exhibition
Centre, will not be held liable for damage or loss of goods or equipment while at the Congress;

Exhibitors are required to comply with set up/removal and trading policies implemented by LASA;

Whilst every care is taken in program content/structure, LASA reserves the right to alter/substitute
components to the event as deemed appropriate;

Booths are allocated on a sole entity basis, unless otherwise indicated and agreed to by LASA. Cross
promotion is strictly prohibited and;

Presentations conducted at exhibition stands are strictly forbidden.
Public and Product Liability Insurance
Cancellation Policy:
It is a requirement of the LASA National
Congress that all exhibitors have adequate
Public and Product Liability Insurance cover
based on a limit of indemnity to the value of
AUD$10,000,000 or above. This refers to
damage or injury caused to third parties/visitors
on or in the vicinity of an exhibition stand. To
assist you in locating your certificate within your
organisation, it can often be found with the
accounts/finance departments and is often
referred to as ‘Broadform’.
Upon receipt of a booking form, a 15%
cancellation administration fee will be applicable
for any cancellations made up until 11 August
2015. For cancellations between 12 August and 9
September 2015, a 50% cancellation fee will be
applicable. No refunds will be issued for any
cancellations made on or after 10 September
2015. All cancellations are required in writing to
events@lasa.asn.au.
