Customers can buy a single or day ticket on the bus, or get a Hopper Smartcard for more regular travel. UHL staff travel free on production of their ID card, and if you hold a local council concessionary permit as a senior citizen or disabled person you can travel free on the Hopper after 09:30; at other times you will need to pay a fare. University of Leicester and De Montfort University staff and students need to refer to their own website for the conditions of their concessionary travel scheme.
