listed below the course descriptions. Please carefully note this
information when signing up for a course.

30 Minute Meals 6:30-8:30 PM 5 Weeks
(Food cost is included in course fee.)
Please join us and learn to make a sumptuous meal in 30 minutes or less.
Find your inner chef and learn to create casseroles, soups, stews and
chowders.

Course #1 OHS
Cake Decoration 6:30 - 7:30 4 Weeks
Fee $30
In this classs you will learn the best way to ice a cake, create icing drop
flowers, rosettes, shells, pompom flowers, leaves, shaggy mums and the
ribbon rose. You will also decorate cookies and cupcakes. Participants
will provide their own supplies as needed.

Co-Ed Volleyball 7:00 - 9:00PM 8 Weeks
Fee $50
Recreational volleyball for adults, 19 years of age and older. Organized
games played by most official rules. (Classes will not meet on 04/02.)

Drawing for the Beginner 6:30-8:00 PM 5 Weeks
Have you always been interested in drawing, but never really knew how to
get started? If so, then this is the course for you. Come out and learn basic
drawing techniques.

Extreme Resume Makeover 6:30-8:30 PM 1 Week
Do you wonder what is going to WOW a potential employer? Are you ready
for a career change? This course will give you the essentials to improve
and impress employers with a resume that will put you above the rest. Students will learn all about resumes and then create one of their own that will
be critiqued by the instructor. Leave with a high quality resume.

Gentle Beginner Yoga 6:00-7:00 PM 6 Weeks
Fee $40
Acquire technique that can help you with stress management, flexibility and
resolving imbalances. Open pathways of energy, strength, peacefulness
and overall health through a progression of postures, breath control, deep
relaxation and meditation techniques. Wear loose clothing and bring a yoga
mat if you have one. (Classes will not meet on 10/13.)

Golf 7:00-8:00 PM 4 weeks
Fee $ 40
Basic golf for the beginner, includes proper grip, stance, alignment, back
swing, down swing, impact and follow through. Course concentrates on developing your swing, use of clubs, rules and etiquette. Bring astroturf doormat, a 7 iron and plastic golf balls to first class. Wear sneakers.

Intro to Adobe Photoshop 6:30-8:30 4 Weeks
Fee $55
This course will introduce you to the #1 image editing program. Topics will
include screen and print resolutions, calibration, palettes, photo restoration,
editing and the file formats.

Intro to Computers 6:30-8:30 PM 5 Weeks
Designed for those with little or no knowledge of computer operation. This
is a hands-on course that will cover the basics from powering up the computer, opening, inputting, saving and printing your files. Get acquainted
with the popular PC package Microsoft Office. (Classes will not meet on
2/16.)

Intro to Microsoft Office 6:30-8:30 PM (Tuesdays) 5 Weeks Fee $58
Get acquainted with all five programs of this popular PC package. Office,
Word, Access, Excel and Powerpoint will be reviewed. This is a handson class. Basic computer knowledge required.

Intro. to Video Production and Editing 6:30-8:00 PM 4 Weeks Fee $55
This class is designed as a starting point for people who are interested in
exploring the world of editing and producing video. The course will focus
on how clips are cut and arranged to form a coherent story told through the
video medium.

Italian - Basic 6:30-8:00 PM 5 Weeks
Fee $ 48
Start learning Italian in this fun and friendly class. Whether you need it for
work, travel, school, or just want to get introduced to the Italian language
basics, come join us in this exciting and educational class. Learn how to
say letters, numbers, colors, days of the week, body parts, seasons and
more. (Classes will not meet on 2/16)

Kickboxing for Beginners 7:00 - 8:00 PM 6 Weeks
Fee $40
Have fun as you transform your body with this high energy workout which
includes a variety of controlled boxing and martial arts moves, in addition
to cuircut training. Bring a towel and a bottle of water to each class and
wear loose fitting or excercise clothing.

Line Dancing 7:00-8:00 PM 4 Weeks

This is a beginner to intermediate class covering various types of line dancing; country, soul and Philly. Come try it out, have fun and exercise at the
same time. Partners are not needed. (Classes will not meet on 10/13.)

Pilates 6:00-7:00 PM 6 Weeks
Fee $40
Pilates is a series of exercises and strength moves performed on a mat
using your own body weight as resistance. The Pilates exercises
strengthen and lengthen the muscles in the body while strengthening the
core. The Pilates session incorporates breathing as well. Please bring a
mat and a bottle of water. Wear comfortable layers. The session is typically
taken in socks or bare feet. (Classes will not meet on 2/16.)

Tai Chi is a martial arts relaxation technique that will help you reduce
stress, improve flexibility, strengthen muscles, increase energy and lower

There’s an App for That! 6:30-8:00 PM 2 Weeks
Fee $20
This class will focus on applications that can be downloaded to your smart
phone or tablet. Group discussions and searches will start the dialogue
and participants will be shown apps that can help them with finances, organization, learning, household tips and more. Participants need to bring
their own internet connected smart phone.

The focus of this workshop is to enable high school junior and senior level
college applicants to write interesting,stand out college essays in order to
be more competitive in the current college application process.

Registration will be held from 5:30pm to 6:30pm on January 20, 2015
at Cedar Creek High School Office, January 21, 2015 at Oakcrest High
School Office and January 22, 2015 at Absegami High School Office. To
assure yourself a place in the class of your choice, please register
early. Please use the mail-in registration form provided below.
The Adult School reserves the right to cancel any class for insufficient enrollment or other stated reasons. Registrations will be accepted
on the first night of classes, provided there are openings for additional students. For additional information contact Mrs. Frances S. Campbell, Adult
School supervisor, at 609-652-1372 ext. 3595.
Tuition
The tuition fee does NOT cover trips, books and materials unless
otherwise noted. Tuition fees are payable in full upon registration whether
in person or by mail.
