things you should know
Communion elements will be available in the Prayer Room every week. A gluten-free option is provided.
On nights when we do not celebrate communion as an entire body, feel free to observe it privately at any time
during the service. As a reminder, we take all precautions to assure a sanitary environment when we prepare
the communion trays.
The Prayer Loft If you would like the opportunity to pray with someone about a personal need after the
service, visit the Prayer Loft at the front, right side of the Worship Center.

It’s time to nominate new Elders to our current Elder board. We are not a church with Elders, we are a
church led by Elders. The nomination and recognition process is very important to the health of our church
family, so here is how you can be involved.
First, please pray for the Elder Nomination Process and whether you should recommend someone to the
office of Elder. Second, if you do have a nomination, please read the document entitled “Qualifications of an
Elder” before making your nomination. This document is available on our website (Fellowshipnwa.org) or at
the Information Desk in the foyer.
You can then easily make your nomination online at Fellowshipnwa.org or use a paper nomination form
attached to the “Qualifications of an Elder” document, as noted above. Please mail paper nominations to
the church office to the attention of the Elders. The deadline for making a nomination is February 1st. Please
pray for the process as we seek God’s leading in this endeavor.
Compassion international
upcoming events
When we look at the overwhelming state of global poverty, it’s easy to think, “How
can I make a real difference?” Jesus’ answer is, “Live the Great Commission and
the Great Commandment!” Then He shows you a ministry opportunity that helps
you do just that. Mosaic is partnering with Compassion International because
they live out global evangelism and child development in a profound way. Their
child sponsorship program is centered on: The Gospel of CHRIST, The holistic
development of CHILDREN, The ministry of the local CHURCH, The CHARACTER of
financial integrity. Please stop by the Compassion booths tonight to see how
Jesus can use you to change a child’s life.

Raising Sons and Loving It
In this class you’ll gain some new tools to help you raise
that “bundle of energy, hormones and potential” you call
son. Based on over 30 years’ experience as a father and a
clinical psychologist, Dr. Gary J. Oliver will help you identify
your son’s #1 need and how to meet that need. You’ll
also learn the 5 things every boy needs from his dad and
the 5 things every boy needs from his mom to help your
son weather the often rocky transition from boyhood to a
manhood that reflects God’s character and purposes.
Class taught by Dr. Gary Oliver as part of the Family Ministry
Equipping Classes.
Sunday, March 1st 9:30 - 10:30am and 11:00am - noon
