Credit Limitations
• Promotional credits will function in a similar manner to
upfront Monetary Commitment Credits.
• Credits will be available within the customers account
within 1 month from the close of the 3 month evaluation
period. Credits will expire at the end of the current annual
term, which coincides with the customer’s Enrollment
anniversary date.
• Credits, given similar functionality to Monetary
Commitment credit cannot be used for AD Premium, EMS,
Azure Paid Support, Azure Store, Oracle on Azure licenses,
or Azure RMS.

• No offer stacking – customers may only fall into one tier

deployment funding. They cannot “stack” two tiers ($25K
+ $50K) for $13K.

EMS Deployment Offer—The fine print

Qualifying deals:
• EMS deals only—standalone purchases of Intune or Azure Active
Directory Premium (AADP) do not qualify.
• Eligible customers must be new to EMS, and the offer is based on
the initial purchase number of users. User increases or renewals
will not qualify for further funds—this is a one-time, initial offer
only.
Services covered by offer funds:
• Activation, testing and deployment of both Windows Intune and
either Azure Active Directory Premium or Azure Rights
Management. Deployment of single service will not be funded

transaction and SOW review.
