Discussion, consideration, possible action to approve/deny Ordinance No.
_____, an Ordinance of the City of Del City, amending/updating Chapter 15
(Personnel), Article II Personnel Ordinance of the Del City Code of
Ordinances; adopting updates and amendments to the Ordinance to serve
as a guide to administer action concerning the various personnel activities
and transactions for personnel rules which are intended to be customary
and reasonable to establish, maintain and promote efficiency in the interest
of the City and the personnel employed; to establish the normal procedures
for administration and for conformity to various state and federal terms and
conditions therefor; authorize Mayor to endorse same; declare/deny an

property previously abated on an emergency basis, in accordance with Del
City Code Section 13-88 (a), Section 5-164 and Section 16-194. Conditions
on the property constituted a public nuisance and presented an imminent
