Contextual Inquiry and Project Management Consultant Team size // 5 To discover communication breakdowns in the client organization (Office of Community and Economic Development, Ann Arbor) and recommend solutions. Our team conducted a series of six interviews that gave evidences and led to probable reasons of breakdown. All the interpretations were run through Affinity Wall exercise to narrow down to root causes, communication models were sketched and finally recommendations to overcome them.
