SONG OF THE WEEK
Psalter #189
Make haste, O God, to save;
To help me, Lord, make haste;
Ashamed, confounded, they shall be
Who would my life lay waste.
All they that seek Thy face
With joy in Thee abide,
And loving Thy salvation, say,
Let God be magnified.
M<,
REMINDER: We are halfway through the year and thankful for no major transportation
related accidents. Please remember that the policies in place are intended for the safety of
ALL of our children. Often parents make decisions that they think are for the good of
THEIR children. As those who work in the school setting daily, we desire the safety of ALL
of the children. To that end and to refresh your memories:
1) When dropping off at East campus, pull as far North as you can before dropping off
(please do not drop your children off by the front doors unless you have received permission
to do so). Stopping sooner if you are first in line could result in a fender-bender from the
person behind you who expects that you will be doing what ALL of us are supposed to do.
2) When dropping off at West campus, follow the line forward as far as possible to drop off.
Pulling into a spot and dropping off disrupts traffic flow and endangers children who are
crossing the lot because they were dropped off where they were supposed to be dropped
off. After school, no traffic is allowed in the lot prior to busses leaving the campus. If you
are picking up, join the line in the church parking lot. If you have been at school as a
volunteer, please wait for the buses to leave before backing out of your parking spot.
3) If this is unclear, please call the school offices for further instructions AND if an
unfamiliar driver is used (grandma or grandpa) inform them of the procedures for the good
of ALL of OUR children.
Thank you – Mr. B. Kuiper and HCS staff
