Before he worked for Tektronix as Head of SW Development for Monitoring Systems, for Nortel as Senior Manager and for DASA as Manager Speech Recognition. He started his career as Development Engineer for Siemens Central Research and Development. He holds a PhD in Microelectronics, Speech Recognition. Dr. Alexandra Schroeder- Mrs. Dr. Alexandra Schroeder-Wrusch is consultant, specialist for occupational medicine, medical psychotherapist, and has longterm management expertise within occupational health management. In 2012 she joined ias Group, first as managing director for ias Consulting GmbH, and since 2015 as board member of ias Foundation and Chief Operating Officer of ias AG. Before joining ias, she worked as regional director and general manager for AMD TÜV Arbeitsmedizinische Dienste GmbH in the areas of occupational medicine, occupational safety, organizational psychology, and occupational health management. Wrusch Daniel Boettger Daniel Boettger is Vice President Total Vehicle Development, Head of Product Strategy E Division, Organizational Development and Quality Management at BMW. He’s in charge of key topics like development strategy, core competencies, organization, and total vehicle quality. Before that, he held various management positions as Head of Advanced Development, Head of Geometrical Development and Integration as well as Head of Functional Integration Project X6, Project X5/X6 M and Total Vehicle Architecture X5 Next Generation within BMW. Mr. Boettger started his career at BMW in 1998 after finishing his studies of mechanical engineering at the University of Applied Science in Munich. Stéphane Demarquette Stéphane Demarquette is Director Learning for Development for Research & Innovation Division and Human Resources Director Advanced Research International at L’Oréal. Before that he was International Human Resources Director Research & Innovation Hair & Cosmetic Categories. Before joining L’Oreal, he worked 10 years for Technip, last as Head of Recruitment, Training, Career Development. Monsieur Demarquette received a Master in Political Sciences from IEP Paris, France in 1982. In cooperation with Dr. Stefan Wenzel Dr. Stefan Wenzel is founder and Managing Partner of 3DSE with more than 14 years of consulting experience in the area of innovation and product development. His focus is on engineering performance improvement programs as well as innovation and strategic programs, cost engineering, project and risk management and change management in the automotive, transportation, aerospace and financial sectors. In 1996 he completed his engineering studies at the Technical University of Munich in Germany and worked as a management trainee at EnBw. In 2002 he received his doctorate on the subject of Systems Engineering. Dr. Armin Schulz Dr. Armin Schulz is founder and Managing Partner of 3DSE with more than 14 years of consulting experience in the area of innovation and product development. His focus is on performance improvement programs, as well as process and organizational changes, best practices in systems engineering and maturityoriented product development, modular and platform-based strategies, quality-improvement programs in automotive, transportation, and aerospace sectors.
