Copy forwarded to the Principals/Centre Superintendent of all Colleges / Examinatic
Centres for information of all candidates of their respective institution and information of all oth
concerned with Annual Higher Secondary Examinations 2015. Principals are requested to mal
allotment of candidates among groups and conduct Practical Examination in such a manner th,
there is no overlapping of subject for any group. The grouping arrangement made by the Principi
should be intimated to the External Examiners and Controller of Examinations at least two week
before the commencement of Practical Examinations. The Practical Examinations are to be conducte
only within the dates mentioned in this programme and of the fixed dates announced by th
Principals. In case of violation of stipulated dates the Council reserves the right to withhold or canc(
the result. Principals are also required to submit the Practical marks and Practical scripts in th
Council within 10 (ten) days of completion of Practical Examinations. The Examiners of Practice
Examination should submit the marks and scripts to the Principal as soon as the Practice
Examination is over. Incase the Principals do not get the marks/scripts within the stipulated perioc
they must intimate this to Council. All Principals / Headmasters / Headmistresses are requested ti
circulate this programme well in advance in their respective institutions.
Further, it has come to the notice of the Council that letters mentioning dates of Practica
Examinations to External Examiners appointed by the Council are not intimated by some Principal.
in time and other substitute External Examiners are appointed in their place. In the case of dela]
communication to the Original External Examiners and alternative arrangements by the Principal
Center Superintendent will be seriously viewed and the Centre Superintendent will be helc
.responsible for any action taken by the Council in this regard.
