• Bidder interested to participate in this tender and met the requirements
shall contact the Purchasing Department during the working hour from
8:00am to 1:00pm to collect the tender document at TEL: (17-438067 or
17-438611), starting from Sunday 15/2/2015.
• Enclose the Initial insurance amount speciﬁed above or 1% of the bid value
or whichever is lesser along with form No. TB 02. in form of Certiﬁed
Cheque, Cash, Bank Guarantee or Insurance Policy, valid for a period of at
least six months (provided that in both cases initial insurance should not
be less than BD 100).
• All bids to be addressed to the University of Bahrain and must be
deposited in the Tender Box, located at the Agreements’ and tender
Section, Purchasing Dept. closing date mentioned above.
• This tender/auction is subject to decree No. (36) for year 2002, and its
executive decree No. (37) for year 2002, in addition to any other conditions
and/or regulations speciﬁed in the tender documents.
• The following conditions should be met:
1. Copy of valid C.R. certiﬁcate for the same activity related to this tender.
2. Prices (Unit and Total) should be indicated in form T.B.02.
3. Copy of Certiﬁcate of compliance with the employment percentages of
Bahraini Manpower issued by the Ministry of Labor.
4. All submitted documents must be signed and stamped by the bidder.
5. This notice is considered as part of the tender documents.
