78768-4728. Refund requests postmarked 21 or more days prior to the first day of conference will have a 15% administration fee deducted. If a refund
request is postmarked between 10-20 days prior to the first day of conference, a 50% administrative fee will be deducted. No refunds will be issued for
cancellations less than 10 days prior to the first day of conference. No refunds will be accepted by e-mail. No refunds will be given for missed or full
workshops, make sure you arrive early to claim your seat.
