Dogs are not required to be at the show until scheduled time of judging. All dogs not needed for further judging
will be excused.

ENTRY FEES
ENTRY FEE is $28.00 for the first entry of each dog for each event, except in Puppy Classes which are $20.00 for
each event. Each Additional Entry of the same dog is $20.00 for each event. Fees include the 50¢ AKC Recording
Fee and the $3.00 AKC Event Service Fee on the first entry of a dog and a $3.00 AKC Event Service Fee for each
additional entry of the same dog in the regular and non-regular recordable single entry classes. (There is no
recording fee or event service fee for junior showmanship, sweepstakes, futurities, brace/team, multi-dog classes,
or special attractions.).

Exhibitors should follow their Veterinarians’ recommendation to assure their dogs
are free of internal and external parasites, any communicable diseases, and have
appropriate vaccinations.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
OBSERVE ALL POLICE DEPARTMENT PARKING RESTRICTIONS AND SIGNS TO AVOID TICKETS AND
TOW-AWAYS.
THERE SHALL BE NO benching, nor offering for sale or breeding nor any displaying of unentered dogs. (Chapter 11,
Sec. 11-AKC Rules & Regulations)
ALL TROPHIES must be claimed at Show-None will be mailed.
WISCONSIN DOGS should have license tag accompanying them. Out-of-state dogs should comply with their
respective state license requirements.
"Dogs found in an unsafe environment, distress or harm’s way (for example: left unattended
on a grooming table in a noose not attached to a safety release clip; left in a vehicle without
proper ventilation) will be removed to safety. Exposing a dog to an unsafe environment,
distress or harm’s way is considered mistreatment.”
• NOTE •
In order to comply with the provisions of Wisconsin Statutes [s. 95.21 (2)] and Administrative Codes [s. ATCP
11.52], relating to the Statewide Rabies Control Program, the owner of any dog kept or exhibited in Wisconsin
(other than a dog kept for educational or scientific purposes) shall have the dog vaccinated against rabies by a
veterinarian at no later than 5 months of age and revaccinated within one year after the initial vaccination.
Any person (including out-of-state exhibitors) who imports a dog into Wisconsin (for exhibition or any other
purpose) must have a valid interstate health certificate or certificate of veterinary inspection for that dog,
regardless of the age of the dog. The certificate must be completed by a veterinarian; accompany the dog when it
enters this state; and indicate the current vaccination status of the dog.
Vaccinations shall be administered by a veterinarian and comply with age and time standards and label
instructions approved by the federal bureau for the type of vaccine used.

ATTENTION EXHIBITORS
Attn: All Conformation Classes will be held in the Expo Building except Great Danes, who will be in
the Recreation Building.
Obedience and Rally judging will be in the Recreation Building.
Exhibitors grooming will be in the Cow Palace.
Grooming will be allowed in the Expo building.
No crates or stroller will be allowed in any main aisle.
Dogs may be left in the building overnight. Security guards will be on site all night. The buildings
will be locked from 11:00p.m. each night and open again at 5:00 a.m. the next morning.
No more than three grooming tables per party.
Grooming area rules will be enforced by the show committee.
No private exercise pens permitted in Recreation or Expo buildings.
CAMPING The camping fee will be $25.00 per night with electrical hookup,
and 20.00 per night without hookups. Only one parking space per RV plus space for dogs.
No reserving of RV space will be allowed
No space provided for unentered dogs.
Admission is free to spectators
Parking is $3.00 per day or $5.00 for weekend.
THIS SHOW SITE IS HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE INCLUDING PARKING, RESTROOMS AND RAMPS.
PLEASE TURN OFF CELL PHONES AND/OR PAGERS BEFORE ENTERING RINGS.
No soft side crates will will be allowed in the grooming building unless they are stacked.
Only AKC eligible dogs are allowed on the show grounds.
For those of you with RV’s if you have not been to our show in the past, please stop by the Conformation
building (Expo Building) and ask for John Nyhuis he will provide you with information on where you
can park and answer any other questions that you may have.

Club Show, Obedience Trial or Tracking Test. If a dog is entered in more than one class in the show, a $3.00 AKC Event Service
Fee for each additional entry of the same dog in the regular and non-regular recordable single entry classes will be collected.

WELL BEING OF THE DOGS, EXHIBITORS AND SPECTATORS IS OF PARAMOUNT IMPORTANCE, AND IN THE

ENTRY FEES shall not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by Veterinarian or Judge or barred
from competition by action of Show Committee. We will make every effort to find duplicate entries, but if entry is processed,
NO REFUND SHALL BE MADE.
THE OWNER OR HANDLER of each dog is solely responsible for having it ready at ringside when its class is to be judged.
The Show-Giving Club and Show Secretary have no obligation or responsibility for providing service through a public address
system, or stewards or runners for the purpose of locating dogs that are not brought into the ring when required.

A judge requesting the use of a ramp must give reasonable notice to the Show Superintendent/Show Secretary prior to
the day of the show. AKC approval is not required.
Ramps may be used in emergency situations to judge any breed.
(In all but emergency situations, the exhibitor has no recourse. In an emergency situation, where use of a ramp is not
indicated in the premium list, an exhibitor has the option of withdrawing their entry and receiving a refund.)

$5.00 per entry (subject to change) is added for FAX entries. Along with the front and the back of each entry form, we need
a cover letter stating that you authorize Roy Jones Dog Shows, Inc. to use your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American
Express for the following entry fees and fax fees. Then you need to print the card number, expiration date, Cardholders
name, address, daytime phone number. A written signature on the cover letter is required. This written authorization is
required to process faxed entries. CARDHOLDERS WHOSE CHARGES ARE DECLINED BY THE BANK CARD
AUTHORIZATION CENTER WILL NOT BE PROCESSED. CREDIT CARD RE-PROCESSING FEE IS $10.00. ALL
entries, cancellations, etc., received by fax require show, breed, and AKC number. ALL transactions involving cancellations,

I (we) agree that the club holding this event has the right to refuse this entry for cause which the club shall deem
sufficient. In consideration of the acceptance of this entry and of the holding of this event and of the opportunity
to have the dog judged and to win prizes, ribbons or trophies, I (we) agree to hold the AKC, the event-giving club,
their members, directors, governors, officers, agents, superintendents or event secretary and the owner and/or
lessor of the premises and any provider of services that are necessary to hold this event and any employees or
volunteers of the aforementioned parties, and any AKC approved judge, judging at this event, harmless from any
claim for loss or injury which may be alleged to have been caused directly or indirectly to any person or thing
by the act of this dog while in or about the event premises or grounds or near any entrance thereto, and I (we)
personally assume all responsibility and liability for any such claim; and I (we) further agree to hold the
aforementioned parties harmless from any claim for loss, injury or damage to this dog.
Additionally, I (we) hereby assume the sole responsibility for and agree to indemnify, defend and save the
aforementioned parties harmless from any and all loss and expense (including legal fees) by reason of the liability
imposed by law upon any of the aforementioned parties for damage because of bodily injuries, including death
at any time resulting therefrom, sustained by any person or persons, including myself (ourselves), or on account
of damage to property, arising out of or in consequence of my (our) participation in this event, however such
injuries, death or property damage may be caused, and whether or not the same may have been caused or may
be alleged to have been caused by the negligence of the aforementioned parties or any of their employees, agents,
or any other persons.
“I (WE) AGREE THAT ANY CAUSE OF ACTION, CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR
RELATED TO THE ENTRY, EXHIBITION OR ATTENDANCE AT THE EVENT BETWEEN THE AKC
AND THE EVENT-GIVING CLUB (UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED IN ITS PREMIUM LIST) AND
MYSELF (OURSELVES) OR AS TO THE CONSTRUCTION, INTERPRETATION AND EFFECT OF THIS
AGREEMENT SHALL BE SETTLED BY ARBITRATION PURSUANT TO THE APPLICABLE RULES
OF THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION. HOWEVER, PRIOR TO ARBITRATION ALL
APPLICABLE AKC BYLAWS, RULES, REGULATIONS AND PROCEDURES MUST FIRST BE FOLLOWED AS SET FORTH IN THE AKC CHARTER AND BYLAWS, RULES, REGULATIONS, PUBLISHED POLICIES AND GUIDELINES.”

(Variety) If you are entering a dog of a breed in which there are varieties for show purposes, please
designate the particular variety you are entering. i.e. Cocker Spaniel (solid color black, ASCOB,
parti-color). Beagles (not exceeding 13 in.; over 13 in. but not exceeding 15 in.) Dachshunds
(longhaired, smooth, wirehaired). Collies (rough, smooth). Bull Terriers (colored, white).

The following categories of dogs may be entered and shown in Best of Breed competition:
Dogs that are Champions of Record; and dogs, which, according to their owner's records, have
completed the requirements for a championship, but whose championships are unconfirmed. The
showing of unconfirmed Champions in Best of Breed competition is limited to a period of 90 days
from the date of the show where the dog completed the requirements for a championship.
(Event Class) Consult the classification in this premium list. If the event class in which you are
entering your dog is divided, then, in addition to designating the class, specify the particular
division of the class in which you are entering your dog i.e., age division, color division, weight
division.
A dog must be entered in the name of the person who actually owned it at the time entries for an
event closed. If a registered dog has been acquired by a new owner it must be entered in the name
of its new owner in any event for which entries closed after the date of acquirement, regardless of
whether the new owner has received the registration certificate indicating that the dog is recorded
in his name. State on entry form whether transfer application has been mailed to AKC (For complete
rules refer to Chapter 11, Section 3).
Mixed Breed dogs entering classes for Agility, Obedience and Rally trials should mark Breed as
AKC Canine Partners Listed Dog "All-American Dog/Mixed Breed." Variety, Breeder, Sire, Dam
information shall remain blank for mixed breed entrants.
