There are NO pre-assigned sessions. You select the sessions to attend the day of the conference, as long as there are open seats. Lunch is included in the registration fees. All sessions are approved for clock hours in KS and MO. Reduced rates apply for participants registered before April 11, 2015. NAEYC members receive additional discounts on their registration. Tickets may be purchased for raffle drawings You will pick up your final program at the Institute Special Group Discounts A special 10% discount is possible for Centers who send 10 or more participants. To be eligible for the discount the following is required: A cover letter indicating that you are requesting the special discount rate and a list of all the individuals included in your discount Completed individual registration forms for all the individuals attending The letter, registration forms and payment must be included in one (1) envelope. This request can only be granted if all requirements are met. The Raffle Returns (No silent auction !) A special raffle will include toys and classroom learning materials as well as special themed “baskets”. All items will be on display during registration and through lunch, with a drawing to be held Saturday afternoon at the closing session. You must be present to win! Transportation of all materials is the sole responsibility of the winner and all items must be picked up that day. How to Purchase Advance Raffle Tickets: The easiest way is to add the amount to your Institute registration fee. Each raffle ticket is a $1.00 donation. The best value (and best chance to win) is to purchase 6 tickets for $5.00! You will receive your tickets in your packet the day of the Institute. Then, just turn the tickets in to the Mid‐America AEYC booth in the Exhibit Hall when you arrive.
