Dear Neighbour,
I am writing to provide you with an update about the
Fairwater residential development and to thank you for
your patience during the works to date. We apologise
for any inconvenience and will continue to work with our
contractors to minimise impacts as much as possible as
construction progresses.
Since the rezoning in 2014 we have been able to progress
the development of the master plan for the site and
some development applications have been submitted
and approved. The first Fairwater houses are now under
construction with anticipated completion second half
of 2015.
We invite you to come along to a Community Information
Session where you will have the opportunity to view the plans
for the rehabilitation of the western channel and hear about
the next stages of civil works and construction on the site.
The session will be run as an open house and you will be
able to drop- in any time between 5.00pm and 7.30pm to
view material and speak to members of the project team.
