Accomplishments include the design and implementation of the various financial tools utilized by the Local Exchange Carriers to ensure compliance with the Federal Communications Commission’s divestiture rules. Responsible for the design, software development and testing of the cost models used by AT&T in the successful defense of the Southern Pacific Antitrust suit. Aggressively worked with various departments, including Legal, Regulatory and Financial Organizations in the development of critical financial data to support AT&T’s strategy Designed, implemented and tested the main-frame and mini-computer based software to support data communication between AT&T facilities.
