Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth Hotel, Montreal QC
February 18-19, 2015
Wood pellets are a clean, renewable, and carbon neutral form of
energy. In many parts of North America, wood pellets are the lowest
cost form of heat energy – cheaper than heating oil, electricity, or
propane. Wood pellet manufacturing provides family-supporting
jobs in Canadian rural communities. With the introduction of modern
automated pellet stoves and boilers, wood pellet markets are growing
rapidly in Canada, the US and overseas.
The Wood Pellet Association of Canada and the Quebec Wood
Export Bureau are organizers of the Canadian Wood Pellet Heating
Conference to be held at Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth Hotel on
February 18-19, 2014. This event is connected to the Montreal Wood
Convention (montrealwoodconvention.com); attendees are welcome
to participate in both events at no extra cost.
