 Baines Middle School Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is kicking off our second annual event called
‘The Baines Boondoggle’ on Friday, April 24th. This energetic and festive event is designed to bring the school’s
faculty, students and the community together in a fun and healthy way while raising funds to support the
educational needs of our students and teachers. What is the Baines Boondoggle? Imagine a carnival
atmosphere with Midway rides, a sponsor/vendor area, food and drinks, with the center piece of the afternoon
being a team competition of middle school students racing against each other in crazy competitions while being
cheered on by their classmates, parents and even future middle school students from surrounding elementary
schools. We are very excited to continue a new school tradition that is sure to attract a lot of excitement and
attention both within the school and around the community. Our event will be publicized in multiple local
publications with advertisements and promotions reaching thousands of residents and business owners. This
will be the biggest fundraising event for Baines Middle School PTO and its success is based in large part to
businesses like yours. For more specific details regarding the benefits of serving as a sponsor of the Baines
Boondoggle, please see the sponsorship/donor form. Sponsorships/donations and logos are due no later than
March 27, to be included on various Boondoggle T-Shirts and other branding opportunities. (Advertising dates
are subject to printing deadlines)

As a non-profit organization, a large portion of the PTO operating budget is covered by sponsorship efforts and
fundraisingin order to help fund important student activities such as guest speakers, Career Day, field trips
andeducational needs for the students that are identified in partnership with BMS leadership . By becoming a sponsor for
this year’s Baines Boondoggle, you will directly impact our students, staff and families, while gaining valuable exposure to
