Delegates will attend the 4 day programme; the first 2 days are a journey through the 7 habits, day 3 focuses on Managing Change and Dealing with Difficult Situations and day 4 day sees delegates present a work-based development project, incorporating the 7 Habits. Team Leaders and Managers are asked to support their team members before, during and after the course, attend the presentation day, and provide us with an evaluation a month or so after the programme has ended.
