Delaware County Planning Department Louis Hufnagle, Senior Planner 2 Delaware County Coastal Zone Task Force 3 Delaware County Incident Management Task Force The task force was established to focus on the limited access highways of I-95 and I-476 in Delaware County. The purpose of this group is to foster communication and cooperation between organizations that are involved in responding to traffic incidents in these complex and congested interchange areas, to identify the incident management needs, and to address those needs through funding, training and other programs. 4 The Delaware County Coastal Zone Task Force meets quarterly. The organization is made up of municipalities, businesses and interested stakeholders in the coastal zone. The 13 municipalities that lie within the area have unique aesthetic, environmental, cultural, recreational and historic opportunities that this group strives to preserve and promote.
