ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed Bids for the construction of Drainage Improvements to Oil Mill
Ditch will be received by DeWitt County Drainage District No. 1, at the
Dewitt County Courthouse, 307 N. Gonzales, Cuero, TX 77954 until
2:00 P.M. local time on April 9th, 2015, at which time the Bids received
will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of constructing
gabion mats on the side slopes of approximately 800 linear feet of
drainage channel along Douglas Street in Cuero, Texas.
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit
price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid
Form.
The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Republic Engineering
and Land Surveying, 1408 North Ben Jordan Street, Victoria, Texas.
Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the issuing office or the Dewitt County Courthouse Annex on Mondays through
Fridays between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and may obtain
copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described
below.
Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office, during the hours indicated above, upon payment of a nonrefundable deposit of $60.00 for each set. Checks for Bidding
