Officer Baurr::·in statod that a man had walked into the Woodlawn Stationhouse and stated he had observed a B/M driving a light colored automobile behaving in a suspicious manner while in Leakin Park near some concrete road blocks. Sergeant Lehmann and Detective Ritz responded to the Woodlawn Station, arriving at 2145 hours. Upon their arrival Sergeant Lehmann and Detective Ritz were met by Officer Baumrin and Detective O'Shea. The walk in witness was identified as follows: , Page: 1 Male/Black/41, DOB:-T/P# Date: 02/14/99 - After interviewing Mister it was determined that he had witnessed a young male acting suspicious near the concrete barriers blocking southbound traffic onto Weatheredsville Road from Windsor Mill Road, which is approximately a mile from the site of the victim's recovery. Mister states he had heard of the recovery of a woman's body in Leakin Park on the TV news and wanted to help.
