“Mr. Matlock explained that Tai Chi has enabled many participants, including seniors, to improve balance.
This class not only improved my balance but also allowed me time to expand my focus and remain calmer.
This was my first Tai Chi class, and I am excited to continue learning this healthy exercise.”

“Dr. Charles Argo is an asset to National
Park Community College. We’ve been
enlightened in three of his continuing
education classes…and we’re anticipating a fourth class. New York University,
Williams College, and Pratt Institute
would be in competition to equal his
scholarly approach to history and astute
observations of times past and how we
are affected today by our history. We are
fortunate to have a professor of his
caliber in Hot Springs.”
