A. GENERAL INFORMATION AND REFUND POLICY FOR NTUC ACTIVITIES
Please read the terms and conditions listed below. By purchasing the tickets, it is deemed that
you have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions:
Eligibility to Purchase
• Only NTUC Members are eligible and a maximum of 2 tickets can be purchased per member.
NTUC Members with outstanding membership arrears will need to pay the arrears in full
before tickets collection.
Tickets Registration
• You will receive an e-receipt from NTUC once payment is received.
• Please note that no refund will be given once the fee is paid in full. If you are unable to
attend the event, tickets purchased at union member’s rate are transferable to other union
members only.
Tickets Collection
• NTUC Members with outstanding membership arrears will need to pay the arrears in full
before tickets collection.
• Collection period will be from 30 March 2015 – 17 April 2015 at:

Monday - Friday: 9am to 6pm, Saturday: 9am to 1pm, Closed on Sundays & PH

Please bring along your e-receipt and NTUC Card for verification
Each member will be issued a wristband and an admission ticket to Universal Studios
Singapore.
Event Admission
• Please bring along your NTUC Card, wristband and admission tickets. Members who fail to
bring their wristbands and admission tickets shall not be allowed to enter Universal Studios
Singapore.
• All wristbands and admission tickets issued are non-replaceable and non-refundable.
• The event organiser is not responsible for loss of wristbands and admission tickets.
• The event organiser reserves the right to reject or prevent any person attempting to gain
unauthorized access to this event from entering the event premises.
Disclaimer
• This is a rain or shine event. The event programme will run as scheduled unless otherwise
advised.
• Adjustments to the activities such as postponement or cancellation of any activities may be
made or the venue may be changed due to unforeseen circumstances.
• The event organiser shall not be liable for any postponement or cancellation of any activities
or delays caused by any queues including but not limited to time delays and delays in
participating in any activities.
• The event organiser shall not be liable for any loss of opportunities to participate in any
activities howsoever and whensoever such loss of opportunities or chances may occur.
• The event organiser or its appointed event or activities vendor(s) shall not be liable for any
loss, damage, claim, cost or expense of any kind whatsoever and howsoever arising from the
point of entry to the event premises and throughout the duration of the event.
• The event organiser shall not be liable for any damages and/or costs howsoever arising from
the use of any marketing or branding materials and/or giveaways.
B. COLLECTION, USE AND DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA

I consent to the collection, use and retention of my personal data by NTUC May Day Fiesta
organising committee for the purposes of processing, servicing and managing my
registration for May Day Fiesta Celebrations.
•
I will inform NTUC May Day Fiesta organising committee immediately of any changes to my
contact details and/or personal data in order that the committee is able to contact me for all
matters relating to May Day Fiesta Celebrations.
•
I consent to the disclosure of my personal data by NTUC May Day Fiesta organising
committee to authorised third parties for the latter to collect, use and retain my personal
data for the purposes of processing, servicing and managing my registration and
participation for the event.
•
I understand that photography and/or videography will be taken during the event for news
and publicity purposes and may be used for print and on online/electronic platforms.
•
I acknowledge that NTUC owns all rights to the photographs and video recordings.
•
If I do not wish to have any photographs or video recordings taken of me, I will inform the
organiser at the event site.
