Hotel Registration
It is the sole responsibility of the individual NPANS Conference delegate for making their own
reservations. Best Western Plus Chocolate Lake Hotel has held a guest room block for added
convenience. This block of rooms will be available until Sunday, March 29th, 2015 after this
date the hotel will continue to accept reservations based on availability, however, the negotiated
group rate may no longer be available and the best available rate will be quoted.
You can book per night reservations by calling the hotel directly at 1-902-477-5611 or via e-mail
at res@chocolatelakehotel.com. Please indicate affiliation with Nurse Practitioners’
Associationof Nova Scotia (NPANS) when booking. A valid credit card will be required from
each guest at check in before any room keys will be issued.
Room rate: $109.00 standard room (with 1 or 2 queen beds per room), single/double
occupancy including hot buffet breakfast.
Rates quoted are in Canadian dollars and subject to appropriate taxes, which include 15% HST and 2.3% marketing
levy. Rooms holding additional occupants are subject to a daily supplementary charge of $10.00 per guest, with a
limit of four guests in each room.

Departure: Friday, May 1st, 2015
Each guestroom is equipped with: telephone, voice mail and data port, high speed internet
access, television, in-room movies, irons, working desk and chairs, and ironing boards and mini
fridges.
Cancellation of hotel room: Guest room cancellation not received 24 hours prior to the scheduled
date of arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% for the first night. Billing Individuals
are responsible for payment of room, tax and incidentals. A valid credit card will be required
from each individual at the time the reservation is taken.

Important Information
Registration Fees: All registration fees must be received no later than Monday April 27th, 2015.
They also include NPANS membership (2015-2016) and Honorary membership
for out-of-province NP members or other healthcare provider delegates.
Cancellations: Any cancellation received after Thursday, April 15th, 2015, you are subjected to a
non-refundable administration fee of $100.00
