The parties agree that the Florida courts located in Indian River County, Florida, shall have
exclusive jurisdiction over all controversies arising under this agreement and agree that
venue is proper in those courts.
Termination of Agreements and Refunds Policy
Both the Client and Dogs For Life, Inc. have the right to terminate any Services Agreement
for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. No refunds
shall be offered where a Service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and
purposes, underway. Any requests for refunds must be made by contacting Dogs For Life,
Inc. by calling 772-567-8969, by visiting the Assistance Dog Training & Administrative
Center at 1230 16th Avenue, Vero Beach, FL 32960.
Privacy Statement
Dogs For Life (DFL is committed to your right to privacy and to keeping your personal
information private. You can visit DFL web site without telling us who you are or revealing
any identifying information about yourself. However, because our web site includes areas
in which visitors can provide personally identifying information, we have developed this
Privacy Policy to inform you of our policies and practices regarding information we collect
about you.
This Privacy Policy governs the URL http://www.dogsforlifevb.org and certain electronic
communications sent out by DFL. This web site is owned and operated by DFL for the
benefit of its members and other visitors interested in the programs and services
provided by DFL. Our Administrative & Assistance Dog Training Center is located at 1230
16th Avenue, Vero Beach, FL 32960. DFL reserves the right to modify or amend this Privacy
Policy at any time and for any reason. Any changes to this Privacy Policy will be preceded
by a notice posted to this Privacy Policy at least ten (10) days prior to the effective date of

make a donation, subscribe to one of our online newsletters, request to become a

retain copies of any literature issued in relation to the provision of our services. Where
appropriate, we shall issue Clients with appropriate written information, handouts or
copies of records as part of an agreed contract, for the benefit of both parties.
