or Mixing Bowl Over Simmering Water

Butter
35% Cream
Preparation
1. Add butter and cream to the melted chocolate and mix well to melt and combine. 2. Cut dinner rolls in half
and spread bottoms with raspberry jam, close to make mini sandwiches. 3. Best method: using a saute fork

(2 prong cooks fork) skewer one sandwich from the bottom to the top and dip and swirl in the chocolate to
coat. 4. Place on a wire rack or parchment paper. 5. Refrigerate for 30 min prior to serving. 6. Serve with ice
cream and berries for an easy dessert or on a bamboo skewer to eat on the run.
Sloppy Joe Slider with Cheddar Cheese
Ingredients

Pretzel Dinner Roll
3 oz Sloppy Joe Hamburger Mix
1 oz Grated Cheddar Cheese
Preparation
1. Cut the dinner roll in half and toast/grill the inside of the roll. 2. Top with Sloppy Joe mix, then the cheese.
3. Melt cheese under the broiler. 4. Assemble and serve while hot.
Lamburger Slider with Lettuce, Tomato & Aioli
Ingredients

Very Lean Ground Lamb
Mustard Powder
Garlic Powder
Finely Chopped Rosemary
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Preparation
1. Mix the above ingredients very well and chill. Keep cold at all times in the refrigerator. 2. Form the lamb
mixture into 2 oz patties and grill medium well. 3. Either prepare aioli sauce or substitute with garlic mayo
or a thick Caesar dressing. 4. Assemble sliders and serve with sweet potato fries.
