1) General Functional Features:
The App should reach out to wide spectrum of user in home and abroad who would play dual role of
both contributor and consumer of knowledge and hence should be Multilingual and Disabled friendly.
Since capturable INPUTS as well as deliverable OUTPUTS of the App will progressively grow with wider
participation in course of time, the content will grow fast in volume and variety. This need to be
supported with scalable supporting Infrastructure and facilities at the back end. This calls for facilitating
the inputs in a guided manner at source for a structurally organized content which would render the
process of collating and further decision making systematic and convenient for analytics.
