FSCNOT25C2015/1 NOTICE of the Enforcement Committee under section 53(3) of the Financial Services Act 2007 On 16 March 2015, the Enforcement Committee (EC) of the Financial Services Commission, Mauritius (FSC) has, in accordance with section 53(3) of the Financial Services Act 2007 (FSA 2007), issued a notice to Mr Subudh Caussy, director of Westminister Financial Ltd., to inform him of his disqualification, by the EC, from holding position as officer in any licensee of the FSC for a period of five (5) years pursuant to sections 52(3) and 7(l)(c)(iv) of the FSA 2007. Service of the notice has been effected, by registered post with delivery advice, at the residential address of Mr Subudh Caussy at Route Royale, Plaines des Papayes. The notice has not been delivered since Mr Subudh Caussy has gone away. Consequently, notice is hereby given to Mr Subudh Caussy, under section 53(3) of the FSA 2007, that the EC has disqualified him from holding position as officer in any licensee of the FSC for a period of five (5) years pursuant to sections 52(3) and 7(l)(c)(iv) of the FSA 2007.
