Through offices in Canada and the U.S.A. We provide global valuation services for land, buildings, machinery and equipment. Reporting to the Manager of Administration (who is based in Saskatoon), this position is pivotal in sustaining business operations through a number of internal and external client support activities in the Vancouver office. The incumbent works with and provides support to multiple stakeholders, including marketing and appraisal staff. A key requirement is to respond to stakeholder requests in a timely and professional manner while completing admin work which focusses heavily on the time sensitive completion of appraisal reports. Responsibilities include reception and general office administration, and, as mentioned, the completion of appraisal reports and related activities. The role is interesting with a variety of accountabilities and provides the opportunity to grow and expand within and beyond the role requirements. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE. You are detail focused and comfortable performing work that requires high levels of accuracy. REQUIREMENTS A certificate or diploma from a recognized administrative program. Two to three years office administrative or related experience. Extensive experience using Microsoft Office Suite. Exceptional written and oral English language skills.
