Gobi Manchurian Mix
Product Ingredients
Recipe :Cut 150g of cauliflower into small florets, wash and keep it aside. Add 20ml water
to 20g Aachi Gobi Manchurian Mix. Mix to obtain a thick batter. Mix the cauliflower florets
in the batter and set aside for 2 minutes. Deep fry the florets in a medium flame until
golden brown for 5-6 minutes. Heat 20ml of oil to fry chopped onion, ginger, garlic and
capsicum to saute. Add 150g Tomato Ketchup, 15g of chilli sauce, salt, pepper (to taste).
Cook for 2-3 minutes. Now Aachi Tasty Manchurian Gravy is ready. Garnish with finely cut
coriander leaves and serve hot.

Recipe Ingredients for Fry
Cauliflower florets – 250g (½ flower)
Oil – 500 ml
Water – 40ml (2 ½ tbsp)
Aachi Gobi Manchurian Mix – 50g
Preparation Method
1) Take a bowl and add Aachi Gobi Manchurian Mix.
2) Prepare the batter by adding water.
3) Now put the cauliflower florets into the batter and mix it well.
4) Deep fry the florets in oil till golden brown.
Recipe Ingredients for Gravy
Onions – 125g (Medium size : 1 no.)
Tomato Ketchup – 85g (5 ½ tbsp)
Soya Sauce – 15g (1 tbsp)
Chilli sauce – 10g
Oil – 35 ml (2 ¼ tbsp)
Water – 40ml
Salt – to taste
Aachi Ginger Garlic Paste – 15g ( 1 tbsp)
Aachi Gobi Manchurian Mix - 50g
Preparation Method
1) Heat oil in a cooking pan (kadai) and add chopped onions and fry till golden brown.
2) Add Aachi Ginger Garlic Paste and saute for sometime.
3) Add the batter mix and cook till the gravy thickens.
4) Then mix soya sauce, tomato ketchup, salt, and chilli sauce.
5) Now add fried gobi and mix well.
6) Garnish with coriander leaves.
