Introduction to
AccountancySchool.ie
formerly Independent College Dublin
The Accountancy School at Independent
College Dublin was established in 2007 by
INM plc. The School quickly established itself
as a centre of excellence for the education
of Accountants, both trainees and qualified.
The School has been awarded ACCA Platinum
approval and is a CIMA listed Educator as well
as having CPA Gold Star Educator status.
Since 2007 the College has met the strict requirements of
ACCA to be continuously recognised as an ACCA Platinum
approved college. The School has achieved over 123 placings
in Ireland over the last 12 examination sittings including
4 first in the World prize winners.
The ACCA Platinum award requires the college to meet
stringent criteria with regards to:
»» Pass rates
Our Name
»» Quality of lecturers
In 2014 we changed our name to AccountancySchool.ie from Independent College Dublin. As our
existing name is well established with Professional Accountancy Students we will be trading as
AccountancySchool.ie (formerly Independent College Dublin) for the next few sittings.
»» Quality of material provided to students
Although now changing its name to AccountancySchool.ie the
existing lecturing team will be staying in place to ensure we
continue to provide the highest standard of education that our
professional accountancy students have come to expect.
