DUTIES: ● Manage client accounts ­ daily email correspondence with clients who are creating designs; assistance in all aspects of their order process, from design ideas to style choices to setting prices to placing their order to post­order questions to (rare) print complaints ● Develop a mastery of all ABD product styles and offerings; provide educated product recommendations and styling suggestions to clients ● Maintain existing accounts with clients and build strong relationships with them ● Provide an exceptional level of customer service; maintain a positive, friendly, and helpful demeanor throughout every interaction ● Effectively sell our products in (and come up with new product ideas for) the collegiate marketplace ● Contribute to ABD culture ­ providing occasional input to improve and expand ABD brand and visibility; capacity for creativity, critical thinking, and big picture perspective necessary PERKS: ● This is a real, full­time job! ­ it's hard to say that's a perk, but knowing the current market, it might be the best perk ● Work from home ­ no daily commute, but occasional travel to monthly meetings in LA required ● Clothing samples ● Fun co­workers ­ ABD is owned/run/populated by young humans who are incapable of being intimidating, by virtue of being your peers! ● Awesome work environment ­ open dialogue about ideas to improve the company, fun outings/parties to celebrate milestones and important events (A Bowling Day, A Beach Day, etc) ● Opportunities for growth ­ we're still a growing company; everyone who joins ABD now will acquire more responsibility as we continue to grow REQUIREMENTS: ● Home office: Laptop computer with access to reliable, fast internet connection for 40+ hours per week. ● Residence in or near Los Angeles (must physically attend interview, training sessions, and company meetings) ● Skills: typing speed of ~60wpm or higher. Ability to work quickly and efficiently alone. Excellent time management skills, excellent organization skills, good general computer skills, self­starter attitude, gumption, and unfailingly friendly disposition necessary. ● Experience: 4 year college degree preferred. Previous experience in customer service, copywriting, editing, website production, online sales, marketing, SEO, social media, fashion, sororities or fraternities, and/or graphic design preferred, but not required. HOURS: ● 40 hours per week with flexibility for appointments, vacations, etc. ● Work hours are 9am to 6pm, Monday­Friday. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: ● $13/hour for first 90 days­­later transition to hourly + commission ● Generous vacation policy ● After 90 days, receive: 401k plan; medical, dental, and vision coverage; company gym membership
