Attached for your review and approval is an inter-local agreement between Hidalgo County and
the City of Pharr for road improvements to Eldora Rd from I69C East to Veterans Road.
Commissioner would like to have this agreement approved by Commissioners Court 4/14/15.
I will create the agenda item and wait for the final agreement from you to attach to the item.
