Join AIA Colorado South and U.S. Green Building Council Colorado for a Hard Hat Tour of The Gabion

Apartments followed by appetizers and refreshments on Wednesday, June 24 at 4:00 p.m. The tour
will be led by Ryan Lloyd, Architect, of Echo Architecture.
Designed by Echo Architecture and built by Eddie Bishop of The Gabion, LLC, The Gabion Apartments
house 20 new modern units on the inner west side of Colorado Springs. Tenants will have immediate
views to the Front Range and downtown, while also enjoying proximity to outdoor activities and
convenience of local amenities; taking full advantage of the site location. The project is a shining
example of the possibilities of urban infill in Colorado Springs. Being designed with LEED strategies in
mind and close to approaching completion, The Gabion Apartments are striving to be one of the first
privately owned Colorado Springs apartment buildings with successful LEED certification!
