Lunch Sponsor—$1,200 (Two available)
Company name prominently displayed on lunch tables, introduction of company representative(s) and opportunity to speak at start of awards
presentation. Marketing materials or other items may be placed on dining tables, or at a 6’ presentation table at the raffle & awards presentation.
Presentation of framed certificate. Company logo will be displayed at the event, and at the conclusion of the event with links back to your
website. Includes lunch and golf for two (2).
Lunch Drink Sponsor—$800
Company name prominently displayed at bar. Introduction of company representative(s) and opportunity to speak at start of awards
presentation. Company logo will be displayed at the event, and at the conclusion of the event with links back to your website. Includes golf and
lunch for one (1).
Grand Raffle Prize—Varies {min $1500 value}
Company representative pulls the winning raffle ticket, announces the name of winner and personally hands out prize. Company logo will
be displayed at the event, and at the conclusion of the event with links back to your website. Includes golf and lunch for two (2). Prize Value:
minimum of $1500 value
On Course Presence—$1,000
Your company places staff/volunteers to run a game, activity, food or beverage on a tee. All alcoholic beverages must be purchased from Empire
Ranch. Company name will be displayed at the event, and at the conclusion of the event with links back to your website. Includes lunch for two
(2). Sponsorship may be shared by two companies, if desired.
Drink Cart Sponsor—$500 {One available, purchase of beverages not included}
Meet and greet players while providing cool drinks on the course. All alcoholic beverages must be purchased from Empire Ranch. Company
name will be displayed at the event, and at the conclusion of the event with links back to your website. Includes lunch for two (2).
Tee Prize Sponsor—Varies {cost of prize}
Company name on the tee-prize item, option to personally hand out prize to attendees, reserved lunch for up to two (2) players; presentation
of framed certificate during banquet program, prominent recognition in event signage.
Golf Balls Sponsor—Varies {min of 144 sleeves of golf balls}
Sponsor purchases 144 sleeves of golf balls and may include name on the balls or sleeves. Option to personally hand out sleeves to attendees,
lunch for two (2) players; prominent recognition on event signage.
Putting Contest Sponsor—$500 {SOLD}
Meet and greet the players while running this popular contest. Then, option to personally announce and provide gift(s) to the winner(s) at
the awards lunch. All alcoholic beverages must be purchased from Empire Ranch. Company name will be displayed at the event, and at the
conclusion of the event with links back to your website. Includes lunch for two (2).
Contest Sponsor—$500 {provide gifts to winners, $50-$100 value}
Company name on sign located at contest hole. Then, option to personally announce and provide the gift(s) to the winners at the awards
lunch. Company name will be displayed at the event, and at the conclusion of the event with links back to your website. Includes golf and
lunch for one (1).
