Any entries received after this time will be subject to a late fee of $15. We ask that you inform us of your intention to attend the Canada Cup by May 15, 2015. We require your answer by this date to carry out the necessary planning and other services. E LIG IBILITY AND R U LES The Canada Cup will be run in accordance with 2015 United World Wrestling rules. The Canada Cup of International Wrestling and Training Camp are open to all invited countries provided they are members in good standing with United World Wrestling. All athletes competing in the senior event must possess a valid 2015 United World Wrestling license to compete. Please contact your National Federation for options to purchase. There are new temporary competition licenses (valid for one competition only) available from United World Wrestling for Junior age athletes. W EIG H T C LA SSES Senior Men: 57, 61, 65, 70, 74, 86, 97, 125 kg Senior Women: 48, 53, 55, 58, 60, 63, 69, 75 kg A tolerance of two (2) kilograms will be allowed. Senior Male and Female: 20 years and older. 18 & 19 (1996 & 1997) can compete with proof of age. G RO U N D T RA N SPO RTA TIO N & H O SPITA LITY The 2015 Canada Cup will be held in Guelph, Ontario. Guelph is located less than one hour from Toronto, and numerous other tourist sites, including Niagara Falls. All Canadian teams are responsible for their own transportation to and from the airport. Teams must cover the cost of their airfare to Toronto or Kitchener and return. All International Teams must contact the committee regarding transportation by june 1 st . The competition and training venue is walking distance from the hotel. T RA IN IN G C O N D ITIO N S A training camp will take place following the final day of competition with the Canadian National Team. All participants are responsible for their own lodgings during the tournament and training camp, unless otherwise arranged with the hosting committee. Please contact cancupwrestling@gmail.com. Referees must produce their valid United World Wrestling licenses with 2015 stamp.
